1. Working principle of setting machine
The unshaped cloth is fed into the machine by the stripper open width, and the machine automatically hangs the two ends of the cloth on the needle plate, and the two ends of the needle plate enter the oven with the step of the mechanical operation. 2. The composition of the setting machine and the role of each part
The setting machine is mainly composed of five parts: feeding part, weft trimmer, chain, oven, doffing and rolling device.
(1) Feeding part
The structure is relatively simple. It consists of a trough and a roller. The cloth enters the trough with chemical materials, and then the excess chemical materials are squeezed clean by the rollers. (3) Chain part
The center of the cloth on the setting machine is produced by the chain. The chain of the setting machine is driven by a high-power motor near the cloth drop. The chain is equipped with a needle plate. When the cloth enters the chain, the cloth is pressed against the needle by the brush wheel on the cloth presser. (4) Oven body
The setting machine has eight groups of ovens. The air is continuously sprayed on the cloth surface from the fine holes on the star-shaped air-jet frame under the blowing action of the circulating fan. After the hot air contacts the wet cloth, the temperature drops, and the humidity rise, and air jets from the star shape. The large holes on the rack are drained, passed through the filter screen, and then continuously recycled after being heated by the heat exchanger. (5) Cloth doffing and rolling device
The setting machine can adopt two kinds of cloth discharging methods, namely, cloth or roll cloth according to production needs. Both methods are driven by a chain drive by a motor. When the cloth is rolled out, the tension stability of the cloth is required to be higher, and the cloth needs to pass through a tension adjustment guide roller controlled by an air pump. With the orbiting type drop cloth, the cloth does not need to pass through the tension adjusting roller and passes through a fixed guide.
